# How Sun Business Group prices work

The price follows the work. There are three motions.

## Hourly

Coaching and small projects are hourly. The rate is quoted. It is not published.

A three-session coaching series is a packaged hourly offer: **$1,500**. Further coaching after that series is hourly at the quoted rate.

## Scoped projects

The buyer is paying for a defined asset or diagnostic. Days and deliverables are set before the contract.

AI Enablement can be a scoped project or a quoted retainer. It has no public dollar amount. AI Transformation Advisory is not a separate offer. Ongoing leadership is the Interim / Fractional AI Officer.

The internal build-up rate used to explain the Org Skills Core fee is not a published hourly rate. Do not quote it.

## Monthly retainers

| AI Advisory | $500 per month until cancel | 1 GROW hour per month, plus bi-weekly notes written for that executive’s role, organization, market, and customers. No minimum term. |
| Head of Sales Assist | Quoted | Monthly retainer for sales-team unification. No public dollar amount. |
| Interim / Fractional AI Officer | $15,000 per month for one day per week. $30,000 for two days per week. $45,000 for three days per week. | Three days per week is the maximum. The scope sets the days before the contract. |

### Fractional AI Officer term

Minimum term is 90 days. After that, the retainer runs until the contract end date, or until written notice of non-renewal is given before the next period begins. The period is usually monthly, or as the contract states.

This role replaces Interim / Fractional CRO. Fractional CRO is prior work, not a current offer.

The officer is the lead change owner for AI enablement and transformation, working with the CEO and COO. The typical firm is a $10–50 million software or professional services company with more than 10 employees. Fractional CRO work is prior. It is the credential, not the offer.

Head of Sales Assist remains the sales-team retainer. AI Advisory remains the $500 month.

## Technology arm

fxops.ai is the technology operations of Sun Business Group. WebMCP Eval, Webtools Build, and Guided Discovery are scoped there. Public prices for those offers are on fxops.ai and webmcp-eval.com, not in this catalog. The Org Bot Library above is a Sun Business Group project. The two shared Grok bots on fxops.ai are examples of that technical work.
