## Formally announced

**AI Transformation Velocity Loop (ATVL) v1.0**  
An operating system for AI adoption — closed loop from an executive goal to measurable individual change. ADKAR × 4D fluency × SMART sprints × an eval cadence. Not a training curriculum and not a tool rollout.

**AI Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)**  
Public, MIT-licensed governance framework for US enterprises (compliance, HR, infosec, legal). [github.com/fxops-ai/AI-acceptable-use-policy](https://github.com/fxops-ai/AI-acceptable-use-policy) — the GTM2026 pointer and update, not a silent repo-only change.

## Hallway — not a stage announcement

If the conversation is how a **public page** meets demand from buyer-side agents: $2 to evaluate one URL (intent, tools observed, what to add, what never to expose). Not a keynote product. Implementation is a separate conversation after why is established.

## On the floor

Genius Bar: prompt and context engineering, local/private LLM, Anthropic MCP — then route you to the right booth.

AI for Fractionals (1 Oct): Control Tower — a solo pipeline CRM and weekly accountability loop (local stack, ~30 clients/year). The session is the lived practice; ATVL is the event announcement, not a slide in that room.

## Two demands (if you stay for the why)

Most of the expo sells **seller-side agents**. **Buyer-side agents** will still hit your public URL. MCP is the signed-in product. WebMCP is what the page admits an uninvited agent may do: describe the offer, start the same form a human uses — not money, not a contract.
